Impact Award Winner for February 2022: Jeannie Darlin and Veronica Dial
What action did the nominee exemplify to be eligible for the nomination?
Not necessarily for what they have done in the past month, but more like what they have done for the past year+. Both supervisors have gone above and beyond to help the company absorb 2 new operating divisions, countless hours of training and travel. To say that the last year has been stressful, is an understatement, not to mention, unprecedented turnover in both AP and AR.
Jeannie and Veronica both have “the never give up spirit.” They are not going to stop until the job is done, and done right.
How did it IMPACT the company?
Managing transfers within each of the new divisions, on a system that was not originally designed to handle I/C transfers smoothly.
Which company value did their action represent?
Impacting the company’s success through exceptional and sacrificial service. (Ownership)

Impact Award Winner for January 2022: Emilie Vaughn, Credit Assistant
What action did the nominee exemplify to be eligible for the nomination? Emilie’s due diligence and follow-up on applications has been helpful not only to sales but the perspective or existing agent applying for or adding service. A quote from a co-worker; “she takes the time to call me and get an update, and is so cheerful and shows sincere care for the applications she is working.”
How did it IMPACT the company? Approvals are getting to Customer Experience in a timely manner and co-workers appreciate the teamwork.
