All Monarch/Paxar marking guns that need repair should be sent directly to Labels Etc Inc. for repair. Do not send your broken marking guns to Grocery Supply Company.

Labels Etc will not repair any marking guns that are in pieces. Please allow 7-10 days turn around time. You must purchase your labels from Grocery Supply to receive repair service.

    
 

Return Instructions:

  1. Place broken label gun into original box or equivalent package.
  2. Make sure you put your name, physical address, payment (check or money order) and GSC account number inside the box. (No P.O. Boxes please)
  3. Ship by UPS to the address below.
  4. Labels Etc will repair the guns and send back to the address you provided by UPS.
